The field trip is for one group, up to 35 participants. How many participants will you be bringing to the MCA? (To bring additional groups, please sign up for each separately. For accomodations for larger groups, contact fieldtrips@mcachicago.org)
The MCA requires one (1) chaperone to accompany the group for every (10) ten participants. How many chaperones will you be bringing on the field trip with you.
